Art SchoolDiscover new worlds of creative expression. Art and creativity come together for students of all ages.It's never too late to get in touch with your creative side with art classes. Here, the area's finest instructors inspire and teach aspiring artists from age 2 through adult. Beginning, intermediate and advanced levels are available through quarterly classes and workshops including drawing, painting, glass, photography, literary arts, computer arts, ceramics, fiber and more. The Art School will not provide Summer Sessions, 2011. Other Art Class Opportunities in the Community:Oil Painting & Pastel Lessons Instruction for all ages and ability. Six-week sessions year round. Yellow Springs Kids Playhouse Theater Arts Camp July 18th – July 29th (Presentation on the 29th) 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Grades: 3rd – 5th Cost: $200 This camp focuses on building theater fundamentals in acting, character development, playwriting, and creative collaboration while offering a quality production experience. Youth will showcase what they have learned in a small public presentation to be held on the final day of camp.

Yellow Springs Kids Playhouse Creative Arts Camps Camp 1 Dates: June 13th-June 24th (2 weeks) Camp 2 Dates: July 18th –July 22nd (1 week) The summer Creative Arts Camps are intended as an introduction to the creative arts for youth in grades K-2. Youth will participate in a variety of activities that integrate movement, dance, storytelling, songs and art. An informal presentation will be held on the final day of each session.
