Katherine Pridemore-Denney

Executive Director and Founder

Katherine Pridemore-Denney serves as the Founder and Executive Director for Arts Interface Creative Group.  Her experience in organization branding, marketing for non-profit groups, community event planning, business development and teaching, now spans 27 years. Katherine has earned a Master of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Marketing, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Communications and Theater, and a Minor in Marketing Management.  In addition, she has earned a certification in Orton-Gillingham Instruction, completed an AMM Leadership Program, and a one year program in Interior Design. Prior to her position at Arts Interface Creative Group, Denney served as the Director of Circulation for American City Business Journals; Owned and operated Denney Marketing Solutions; Earned numerous honors as the Vice President of the Victoria Theatre Association and the Arts Center Foundation; Professional Tutor for Dyslexia S.E.S.; Executive Director Mason, Landen & Kings Chamber of Commerce; Marketing launch for the Homewood Suites product line for Holiday Inn, Inc.; Marketing & Development Director for Blue Jacket Outdoor Drama.  Denney has been a representative on numerous boards and committees not limited to the Frank Lloyd Wright Westcott House Board and Development Committee, the Dayton Philharmonic Marketing Advisory Committee, The Greater Dayton Humane Society Board,  Downtown Dayton Partnership Special Event Committee, Springfield Center City Association Special Event Committee, Clark County Convention & Visitors Bureau Tourism Committee, Clark County Extension Office 4-H Youth Fair Committee, the OAC grant review panel, Springfield Public Art Committee,  WSU student marketing review panels. 

 

 

Nuggie Libecap

Arts Education Director

Mary (Nuggie) Libecap has earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre and certifications in TheatreSports. She serves on the Ohio Alliance for Arts Education Board in Columbus and is a member of The American Alliance for Theatre Education. She has also completed the Leadership Clark County Academy.   Nuggie has been involved with arts education for over 30 years. Currently, she serves as the Director for two product lines of the Arts Interface Creative Group - the Infusion Campus after-school program and the Interface School of Visual Art. She is a member of the Clark Community Cultural Consortium and originated the Coordinating Directors position. She has played a key leadership role in the Springfield community by spear-heading collaborations which facilitate school and community alliances and standards-based cultural opportunities for Clark County students in grades 1-7. Other career experiences include working as the Community Outreach and Education Director for the Clark State Performing Arts Center, the Program Director for the Victoria Theatre Association and the School Coordinator for The Muse Machine in Dayton, Ohio. Nuggie Libecap has performed in numerous theatrical productions and remains a founding member of the Resident Artists program for The Human Race Theatre Company in Dayton, Ohio where she also served as the Director for the Young Peoples Acting Consortium.   

Cari Hillman

Director of Marketing and Technology

Cari Hillman serves as Interface Creative Group’s Director of Communications and Technology.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing.  At Interface, Cari serves as the administrator for three websites (SpringfieldLive.com, ArtsInterface.org and HolidayInTheCity.com) and coordinates exhibits in the Beach Gallery, a rotating art space that features local and student artists.  Cari also provides marketing and design services for multiple local cultural events and arts organization, as well as Interface product lines. Cari is the Arts Interface bookkeeper, office manager and outreach coordinator to student volunteers. Prior to Arts Interface, Caroline was the Marketing Manager for Hillman and Associates. She has also served as a Marketing & Communications Assistant to public outreach for Dayton Children’s Hospital.   Additionally, she serves on the board of the Springfield chapter of Womanade and the Clark County Pinwheels for Prevention Program.
